SUBJECT REGISTRATION
Single date for Fall 2022: Monday, August 22, 2022, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- In your UNIOSOFT query follow the path: Sercvicios en línea -> Asignar turno (Licenciatura Escolarizada) to assign your own turn to register subjects.On the day and at the time of your turn, log in to your UNISOFT online query (http://academico.upaep.mx).
- Select the option "Registration and Cancellation of Undergraduate Subjects" following the path:
Control Escolar > Alta y Baja de Asignaturas Licenciatura.
CANCELLATION OF SUBJECTS
First date for Fall 2021: Friday, August 19, 2022, from 9 am to 5 pm.
Second date for Fall 2021: Thursday , November 3, 2022, from 9 am to 5 pm.
- During the first date, there is a cost of one unit for each course withdrawn. This cost will be charged to your account statement so that you can cover it on the tuition due dates.
- During the first date, when you drop a course, its cost will be deducted from your account statement (Veterinary and Nursing).
- During the second date, the cancellation of courses has no cost, and the units of the cancelled courses are not deducted from your account statement; that is, you must pay the total cost of the course.
- Remember that according to the Undergraduate Academic Regulations you have a limit on the number of subjects that you can drop on the second date, equivalent to 15% of your study plan. You can check the percentage of withdrawals you have made in second date in your UNISOFT in the route:

- Selecciona la opción “Alta y Baja de Asignaturas Licenciatura” siguiendo la ruta
Control Escolar > Alta y Baja de Asignaturas Licenciatura.
BAJA DE ASIGNATURAS
Primera fecha para Primavera 2023: viernes 20 de enero de 2023, de 9 a 17 horas.
Segunda fecha para Primavera 2023: martes 11 de abril de 2023, de 9 a 17 horas.
- Durante la primera fecha la baja de asignaturas tiene un costo de una unidad por cada asignatura dada de baja. Este costo se cargará a tu estado de cuenta para que lo cubras en las fechas de vencimiento de colegiatura.
- Durante la primera fecha, al hacer la baja de una asignatura se descuenta su costo de tu estado de cuenta (Veterinaria y Enfermería).
- Durante la segunda fecha la baja de asignaturas no tiene costo, ni se descuentan de tu estado de cuenta las unidades de las asignaturas dadas de baja; es decir, debes pagar el costo total de la asignatura.
- Recuerda que de acuerdo al Reglamento Académico de Licenciatura tienes un límite en el número de asignaturas que puedes dar de baja en segunda fecha, equivalente al 15% de tu plan de estudios. Puedes consultar el porcentaje de bajas que has hecho en segunda fecha en tu UNISOFT en la ruta:
